Sunday 25th of February marks the start of week 5 and the beginning of assessments. All the children will be assessed in weeks 5 and 6 of the term so that the instructors can decide who is ready to move to the next level in the following term. Children that are booked in lessons are automatically rolled over and programmed into a class for the next term. Please note that sometimes your child may move times while staying at the same level.
If you do not want your child to be enrolled in the next terms classes please email by Sunday of week 6 (03/03/2024). If your child is programmed into a class and they are then unenrolled there will be a $25 admin fee added to your account which must be paid prior to any future enrollment. This is because the amount of admin time spent programming the different levels, new move ups and siblings. It is a time-consuming process, so we want to make it as smooth as possible.
From Sunday of week 7 (10/03/2024) you will be able to view the tentative Term 2 timetable*, displayed at the pool. Please check this and if you would like a different time please write a short note or send an email and I will see what I can do.
Deposit ($80) or full payment is due by Sunday 24th March to secure your child’s space, If you wish to pay across 2 payments please pay $80 as a deposit and the remainder by Sunday 7th April.
*Reports will be emailed prior to the last lesson of the term. These reports contain your child’s confirmed time for the following term.Confirmed times are dependent on $80/full payment having been received. Please note that $50 is non-refundable.
